xNet Tweaks provides digital optimization services, including but not limited to system performance tweaks, BIOS tuning, latency reduction, and custom OS configurations. All services are delivered remotely and are intended for personal or professional use on supported systems.

3. Payment and Access

All services are one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of checkout. Access to services may be delivered via download, Discord, or direct contact. Important: xNet Tweaks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or refuse to perform a service even after payment has been made. In such cases, no liability will be assumed for non-performance.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital optimization services, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate purchases or technical failure on our end. If you experience issues, contact support within 7 days of purchase via Discord.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate system information when requested
  • Follow all instructions provided during service delivery
  • Avoid redistributing, reselling, or reverse-engineering our services
  • Use our services only on systems you own or have permission to modify

6. Intellectual Property

All scripts, tools, guides, and branding assets provided by xNet Tweaks remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

xNet Tweaks is not responsible for any damage, data loss, system instability, hardware failure, or unintended consequences resulting from the use or misuse of our services. You acknowledge that all optimizations are applied at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any changes made to your system. We strongly recommend creating backups and restore points before applying any tweaks. Additionally, xNet Tweaks is not liable for any refusal to perform services, even after payment has been made.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of New York.
